...after spending 2 hours following the three pages of trouble shooting the heater fan in the Honda workshop manual - I resorted to basic instincts - locate heater blower unit - bash it. It worked ! Probably a bit of fluff in the fan or spiders web.
Technically speaking - this was 'externally energize the fan unit' !

This Technical Seminar was organized by the ISSA European Network from 8 to 9 June 2023 in Luxembourg, in collaboration with the Luxembourg Association of Social Security Institutions (Association luxembourgeoise des organismes de sécurité sociale – ALOSS), the Ministry of Social Security and the Permanent Mission of Luxembourg to the United Nations Office, the World Trade Organization and other international organizations in Geneva.
The technical exchange aimed at strengthening the interaction between stakeholders from key climate-sensitive sectors and climate services providers by increasing awareness, enhancing relevance and enabling use of national and regional data, and historical/monitored/forecast products and tools for the management of drought risk in IGAD countries.

Technically pretty awful, but having both in the same shot was worth a try. Plus, I've not seen a Night Heron before (or probably didn't know what I was looking at if I did).
If you glued their wings down and tucked back their legs, they could go to a Halloween party dressed as a Penguin. ;)
This large streetlight detracts from the focal point of the shot (the street and cars), but after a little post-processing, I actually like how it looks.
