Close-up of the printing head of the RepRap, a 3D printer that is designed to be able to make most of the components of itself. The table is raised and lowered by vertical threaded rods driven by a stepper motor through a toothed belt. Two more stepper motors control X,Y position of the print head. The printing process itself involves melting the incoming plastic material in a carefully temperature-controlled nozzle.

the motorized cart is a big improvement in the daily routine of legless beggars. i hope this doesn't affect the way people treat them.
