This challenge got me thinking about my daughter's birthday in a few months...a tea party! So here's the invitation I created. The tea bag "tag" is a real tag. I don't remember the tea, but I saved every tag because I loved it so much! Raindrops background, Sparkle Fruit Clear cherry. I embossed the handle in black, then embossed the entire cup with clear so it shines!
These are just a few of the tea cups I recently finished - for another tea cup shaped book for the collaborative project we have going at LineWeaving.com
Very much inspired by Legohaulic's. I just felt that it needed to be human sized. I felt his was little small. I decided to make it a little larger.
EDIT:
First photo to surpass 100 views under and hour! =D
I love my Chinese tea cup which is a souvenir from San Francisco. I've sketched it many times and will continue until I like the result!!

Another attempt at the ellipse! I'm going to have to revisit this one again sometime because I really like this teacup and the wonderful square plate it sits on. Perfect for some tea and a scone!
An Art Deco teacup part of a tea service given to a great aunt of mine as a wedding present in 1936.
Royal Albert green teacup with pink roses. I've never seen another one like it. The shape of it and the rose pattern on it are like the Princess Anne pattern.
gorgeous Royal Stuart teacup given to me recently by mum from her collection. This was given to mum around 1958. Marking says Spencer Stevenson England 492. I love how this is totally covered in the gold flowers
Some of my artwork
(I used some actual tea to paint this :D)

Pink glass teacup and saucer belonging to my mother-in-law. Although they are the same colour and material, they are not a set, as the cup used to belong to HER mother-in law. I had to take this out into the driveway to get the sun to shine on it and make interesting refractions. The table is home-made from rough planks and bamboo tripod legs. I love the rough texture of the wood.
