I've been on the phone with Sprint for over an hour....the 4th person is on his way....meanwhile, I held the phone as I took out my teacup, shot one handed without a tripod, downloaded the images....hello?....(still listening to cheery music on hold).....uploaded and edited the shot and posted this image...hello?....oh, a message just came through asking me to "please hold..."

I'm glad I went to the gym earlier...exercise lowers stress :-)

Hey, I'm a valued customer, the automatic nice lady voice just said so!

I'm still on hold...I'm going to go and chop broccoli one handed....

and change phone coverage :-) Bye Bye Sprint!

These beautiful china cups spend their time wrapped in plastic in a box in the spare bedroom... we are coffee mug and dishwasher people...

I am not inclined to use them (or hand wash them) and these days I am trying to rid myself of things I do not use. Nevertheless it is hard to let go. So I decided to photograph them all one by one and record them in a way that I can continue to enjoy them, and still let them go.

My daughter will take a few to remember her grandmother (and maybe my sister or brother will too) so they will get to see the light of day again.

My giant 50megapixel teacups re-worked and re-stitched in the new lightroom stitch engine. This is a composite of about 7 photos. It did pretty great. Only one little flaw. Really impressed by these new modules.

As of December 2007 this is available as a postcard.

The teacup and flowers are all gumpaste, and ofcourse there's a cupcake inside with vanilla pod buttercream.

I entered this pic in a cupcake competition "Miss Cupcake 2012" that is ongoing here in Sweden.

My "misc to post to Flickr" folder has gotten quite large over the years so this week I will be posting a few dozen of those images. Some of them you may have seen another version of before, but most of them have never been seen and all of them have been digitally remastered.

It's lolablue's turn and she requested "vessels"... I went with teacups! They were a little plain, so I added a few itty elements!
