More tweaks here - beef tartare now is served with powdery horseradish snow (instead of the frozen sabayon from last time), hearts of palm and sea bean chimichurri.

ENORMOUS portion at Hobbit Bistro. I could eat a bucket of this.

 

Side note: we saw tartares on the menus of several restaurants in Quebec as main entrees. Always thought of it in small portions.
