the steak and fish (swordfish, I think) tartares at dame tartine, behind pompidou near the hotel. so nice, we went twice

choco cake w/ green tea ice cream and lichee fruit on the side with pistachio nuts

Tender, sweet and umami - restaurants have balls if they dare to serve beef tartare....as it is a testamount to the freshness of their ingredients.
