Another nicely done plate.
Since Iceland is also famous for it's lamb, I got the lamb tartare, which was excellent. While some of the color here came from some of the beet in the dish, generally Icelandic lamb meat is very, very dark, due to the high iron content in their grazing.

Using the freshest (and therefore tastiest!) ahi tuna, Chef Joseph flavours it with pickled ginger, shallot, lemongrass, salt, pepper and lime juice.

Fantastic first course of tuna tartare at Scossa restaurant, at the Victor Hugo metro stop in Paris.
#tartare & #radish dinner, replete with #duckegg yolks. Heaven. My love is a dreamboat in the kitchen and out!

The steak was scored and sliced rather than ground for better texture. We at this with our hands, grabbing a bit of the steak with the Wood sorel on top. Then dipping the meat in the poweder and the sauce. Very tasty, the sorrel was very flavorful. We had it again in the first dessert!
