This only took me ... ohhh.... 2 years of searching every asian shop I could find to get. I swear the supermarket I found this in wasn't there even a week ago or so. Oh well. Many happy cups of bubble/pearl tea await me :D I even have a cocktail shaker to shake it all up in!
these two girls were running about on the lowest block of eldridge street between canal and division. i think their parents were in the chinese salon near by - owners or clients im not sure. so of course i asked them if i could take their photos and they were enthusiastic about it. this is a very chinese block in chinatown with almost all internet cafés and halls for games of different sorts and very small restaurants below street level. since i was the only western face i didn't want to take too much time exploiting the situation just in case it looked wrong to a local. the girls were very charming and thankful and accepted my moo card to give their parents so they could see the photos. i wonder if they are looking now.
Só se encolhendo assim pra ficar quentinha no frio que faz hoje por aqui...brrrrr! Coloquei uma manta depois em cima dela...tadinha!

Haven't got any info about this farm. When it was built, who has lived here or when it was abandoned, I have no clue. But a very nice location to do it was!!
