Se inventaron las llamadas Tapiocas como un homenaje, ya lo verá usted querido lector, a las sendas “greguerías” de Don Ramón Gómez de la Serna, salvo que las primeras, en otro registro, aluden particularmente al universo de la comida. Aunque aparecieron por centenares en algunos libros (Gula de sesos y lenguadel 2009 y Cerdo. Pintxos literarios del mundo delcomer, del 2011), se multiplican ahora con esta charola de material calientito, recién salido del horno. ¡Salud y recetas!

People laid their tapioca for drying along the road side, chopped tapioca covered about approximately a km long. Around 6pm they just advanced about 100m putting their crop into bags, itchy and dusty job.

Ok, these were really good. Rs.5/- for 100gms.

I served a variety of desserts but wanted to have something with an Asian influence. So I served coconut tapioca in small glass bowls and topped it with persimmon chunks.

 

I was happy that the combination turned out well and everyone ate it - some even asked for seconds.
