This is a different, wider, more colourful view of a B&W shot I took last weekend at Ramster Garden, Chiddingfold, Surrey.
Shot using an Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mk II + M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 12‑40mm 1:2.8 PRO. I also used a 0.9 SE ND Grad filter, Polariser, and tripod.

Close-up candid street photography from Glasgow, Scotland. Once again having to add more contrast than I would like, and some artificial grain, to make a slightly soft image acceptable. I am quite the perfectionist when it comes to sharp focus and my lens has been struggling with fast moving subjects of late. I couldn't let this shot pass me by though, I loved the stark striping on her top and the tangled cable. Enjoy!

THEME: PERFECT TOGETHER
SUBJECT: WIRE PUZZLE
(just a little over an inch and a half horizontally)
I have been trying to solve this puzzle for a while and interestingly enough, the two came apart while I was trying to position them to my desired angle! Now, I can't put them back together!
When I entered this forest in North Wales I felt like I'd stepped into the Amazon rainforest. Faint mist (actually low cloud), moisture in the air almost visible, ancient trees... and so much moss. The location was an opportunistic find by Danny Kenealy of Landscape Locations, who pulled off the road 'because he liked the mix of trees in the forest alongside us, and the conditions looked right'. We climbed over the gate to a forest track, ambled a few metres off the track, and there we were, in a different world. Magical.
This was shot in 2013, as an extra image to this one.
Yesterday, I started to go through my old photos, and I edited this one in black and white.
I have so many images in my computer, waiting to be edited. But most of all, I long for the feeling of running wild and free outside with my camera, creating new images!
