Hello!!

This time I will talk about me!! Lol
Because I have been tagged by yumin chen!!!
Ok so let's get started then...

1. I was born in Nicosia, the capital city of Cyprus(Cipro, Chipre, Chypre, Zypern), the first child of my family and I also have one sister which is also a member of Flickr!!
2. Photography is just a hobby really, I really like it and I always was an artistic person, I can also draw and some say I can sing as well!! lol
So you will find me in museums, art galleries or singing in the shower!!
I also like history and among others I wanted to be an archaeologist as a kid! Indiana Jones was my idol, still is I think!! =p
3. I love order, harmony and cleanliness!!
4. My mood is very much dependent on weather conditions!! I am a person that loves sunshine so rain and cloudy weather just makes me very depressed (yes I am studying in England so you can imagine)!!
4. Family and friends are very important for me!! I know hundreds of people but I only have a handfull of very good friends that I would do anything for them! Same goes for family! So anything you have against my family and friends you have it against me as well!! =p
5. I am a patriot but not a nationalist! I believe that everyone should love and cherish his/her homeland and culture as long as that love doesn't negatively affect others! I love my Greek mythology, history and legends and if I have to, I will fight for the freedom of my land and people!
6. I am very interrested in other cultures and the oldest the better! Since a child I had a sympathy for anything related to ancient Egypt. Recently I found a great interrest in the Maori culture while I am also fascinated by the Aztecs, Incas and Mayas. And let's not forget the Chinese and the Arabic cultures (you must have noticed the Arab links from some of my shots)! ;)
7. Even though in my pictures I rarely smile I am completely opposite in reality!! I just like serious pictures! Smiling or laughing shows happines but being serious can mean so many other things!! ;)
8. I have been in the army for 25 months, ok everyone goes to the army back home, but I think it was a big step in my life because I spent much time thinking the future and finding my self! Also I met all possible kinds of people it's possible to meet (that's why I am picky with my friends now)! lol
9. I love the sea, my favourite colour is blue and all its varieties!! When too far away from the sea I feel stranded. So yes I am a typical island person!!
10. I believe in God but not in religious human laws and God's human representatives!
11 is my number as many aspects of my life are synonymous with that number!
12. I go to bed really late and I wake up very late as well! I know...bad habits but I am not a morning person at all!
13. I can't say I am very superstitious and believe in weird paranormal stuff but I think life is not as simple as we think it is! Or maybe I just like some magic in my life! ;)
14. I fall for someone very quickly but is also very hard for me to deeply love someone and devote my life to that etc. I think I will strongly love once in my life, something that has not come yet!
15. I love languages and I have learned English, French, German, Italian and some Finnish till now but unfortunately, except English I dont remember most of them since I don't practise them! My top favourite has always been Italian! ;)
16. I loooove travelling!! Thats why I am studying tourism after all!!
And by the way, I will be in SPAIN (Barcelona, Madrid) with a friend from the 8th till the 13th of February, celebrating my birthday, visiting some friends and exploring the country.
So if anyone is around let me know! ;)
My next trip is probably going to be to Paris so have that in mind as well!!

On one of the quiet quaysides of Old Leigh, tucked close to the tide and timeworn ropes, this wall whispered a story.
Years of salt air, winter storms, and summer heat had peeled back its layers like pages of a forgotten journal.
The graffiti, bold, quick, defiant, now softened by erosion, fades into the past it tried to mark.
And beneath it, the bricks emerged: red, yellow, black — raw colours, rich with contrast, shaped by hands long gone.
It wasn’t just the decay that caught my eye. It was the composition, the shapes left by time itself.
A city’s skin, peeled back to reveal its bones.
Sometimes the most compelling stories aren’t built. They’re uncovered.

I was tagged lots of times, so I decided to go ahead and get my act together
1.I am about to graduate high school and this makes me both happy and sad, I want to get out of here, move on, make something new, grow, become something, but I also want to stay trapped in my comfort, my town, my house, my circle of friends. This final year is infinite, in both a good and bad way. Maybe I am just afraid to miss everyone, even myself.
2.I write lots of poetry. I keep all of my secrets in a little black book filled with canson paper. But I type up a lot of my poems and scan them into my website. Whenever I type something on my typewriter I just write and write like my hands are on fire, and I don’t read it until it is typed up and scanned in. I don’t want to change it or fix anything, I want my words to be horribly honest.
3.Do you see that red thumbtack on the far left of the photo? That is one of the most significant, terrifying and beautiful things in my life right now.
4.There is a lot of symbolism in everything I photograph, write about, speak about, everything I paint and draw and mention. I speak in double meanings to throw you off, or to keep you close. Depends on how good you are at understanding I guess.
5.I cannot stop listening to Dustin O’Halloran, and I wish I had more dedication towards learning the piano.
6.Sometimes I am agnostic, but I am never Christian and once or twice I was atheist.
7.For the past month I have needed to clean my room but I am constantly distracted by various other things that seem more important. Some people dislike clutter, and it really does bug me, but I can ignore it if I have other things on my mind.
8.I live in Florida, but it isn’t really my home anymore. I think my mind is my home and it comes with me wherever I choose to go, I just need to decide where that will be next.
9.I wish everyone would reveal their weaknesses, I like knowing that everyone I see is honestly human.
10. Everything IS beautiful, and nothing hurts.
