oooh, would ya look at this?? a new table to put my feet upon when I'm back from a long long day of school work and table carrying =D its massive wood with a few marks but still =) I think its neat! I also bought a chair and a friend did as well... so we had to carry a heavy table and two chairs trough half the city and across a busy market =D good times!
This is the table I really wanted and failed to get from Pier 1 last year. Wood top, antiqued legs, perfect!
I waited all summer for the October Dining Sale when it would be about 50% off. Well, it didn't go that low in October and I decided to wait a bit to actually order it. In that few weeks, the table sold out of all their stores.
No luck finding it second hand.

Found the old print framed next to a dumpster. Must have been freshly placed. No damage beyond a little water damage. Excellent print. Glass still in tact. Frame is worn but I like that. Took it home. Stacked two boxes, placed wood on top. Covered with a towel. Instant table and picture display. I made the ashtray myself as a child.

Adjustable Table. Uses spider jack to lift and lower table top. Held in place (up or down) with pegs. When up it is 30 inches tall. When down it is 19 inches tall. Raise it up and set chairs around it. Lower it and the kids can play from the floor. Made of beech.

On atteint son sommet facilement en passant successivement par Gignac et Arboras d'où une route en lacets vous conduira au col du Vent. S'il fait mistral ce jour-là vous comprendrez l'origine de ce nom... Deux kilomètres après le col, une route goudronnée vous amène au sommet du pic. Préparez-vous à voir un des plus beaux panoramas avec l'étang de Thau en toile de fond coté Sud et l'Aigoual coté Nord. Une table d'orientation vous permettra de donner une leçon vivante de géographie à vos enfants. Tout le Languedoc est à vos pieds. La situation unique de ce sommet a d'ailleurs entrainé la construction du relais de télévision qui arrose toute la région.

This classic-styled end table was fabricated with elegance in mind. A simple, 3 legged curved design with a 4" steel ball connector holds a 21" diameter light-colored travertine top. Sturdy yet rather light weight, it can be placed on the side of a sofa or couch. Top is sealed, so it is perfect for ashtrays or drinks. This finish is a bit different than our usual blackened steel. It has a slight amber hue within the black and slightly rubbed so the edges of the cold rolled steel "pop" to accentuate its flowing lines. Protected in a satin lacquer finish.
