when I powered this unit up, I found complex noise at TR inputs of teletype coming from floating opamp inputs.
they travel through TR threshold so scripts may trigger randomly, even touching faceplate affects it.
a bit daunting at first, soon replaced by curiosity of exploring unusual expresssions.

Ion introduced the iDiscovery keyboard for the iPhone at CES 2010.
The iDiscovery iPhone keyboard features pitch and modulation wheels and variety of other controls which interface directly with the keyboard tutor application the board is designed to operate with.
No word on how this may or may not work with other apps - but this could be cool.

I've just repaired this Yamaha. I straightened a bent contact on one of the keys and reseated a few dislodged key return springs. It's now fully operational. Getting to the bent contact required removing a very large number of screws and unclipping a strange polystyrene cover that sits underneath the key contacts.
