I hadn't gotten around to uploading the pics yet of Rune's new eyes from the camera and not just the cell. They are really lovely, though I ended up really liking the ones he had on that were temporary as well. Maybe he'll have to have both XD He needs some new clothes too!!

As the street railway companies of Washington were planning their facilities for Union Station in 1908, they commissioned the American Automatic Switch Company to manufacture five towers which would enable attendants to route street cars by setting switches and signaling motormen in the vicinity of the Station. Of these five, the one donated to the Museum by the James H. Cochran family of Brentwood, Maryland in 1977 is the remaining example.
This tower was taken out of service ca. 1940. You can see one in place in 1918 in the lower left-hand corner of this photo and in 1925 here (right-hand side, middle of the photo.)
It was pretty difficult to get these three cumbersome different sized bodies to do anything... (2 out of 3 do not like to sit up!)

Einige Spielergruppen hatten in letzter Zeit ein kleines Problem mit Kreditkarten und dem hinzufügen solcher:
"Wir haben das Problem gelöst, wodurch es nicht möglich war, in manchen Ländern und Regionen mit einer neuen Kreditkarte im eShop der Nintendo Switch zu bezahlen. Auch die Registrierung einer neuen Kreditkarte funktionierte nicht."
Demzufolge gab es manchen Ländern Probleme bei der Zahlung mit Kreditkarte.Nintendo gab allerdings nicht bekannt,welche Regionen von dem Problem befallen war.Solltet ihr zu einer der Gruppen gehören,dann müsste die Zahlung per Kreditkarte wieder einwandfrei funktionieren.
Viele Neuerungen seit Patch 10.0.0
Seit Update 10.0.0 hat sich viel bei Nintendo getan,viele große Probleme wurden von seiten des Herstellers mit Updates behoben.So gibt es mittlerweile die Möglichkeit Software vom internen Speicher auf die SD-Karte zu schieben.Mit Patch 10.0.3 wurde zudem ein weiteres großes Problem mit der Sicherheit behoben.Nintendo aktualisierte die Sicherheitszertifikate und erhofft sich dadurch weniger Attacken durch Hacker oder Homebrews.Kurze Erklärung:Homebrews sind Applikationen,die von Fans entwickelt wurden.

When I first started photographing trains there was a diversity of switching locomotives. There were various models and shapes of ALCo, FM, Baldwin, EMD and even little GE diesels that worked doing the then plentiful switcher assignments. Then, like a flood, SW1500s came in. Suddenly we seemed to be drowning in a sea of sameness. I, and the group I was with, called SW1500s cruds. They were great locomotives and they were everywhere. Engine crews loved them. I would often photograph them with black and white, saving the valuable color film for the vanishing good stuff.

SP 2524 is an EMD SW1500. Reportedly it was built in 1969, SP 2524, SP Class ES415-3, builder's number 35217.
The disposition of this locomotive is: was assigned number UP 1110, sold unrenumbered to Railserve 2524, renumbered Rail Switching Service 5524, assigned to SC Johnson Waxdale in Sturtevant, WI.

Belkin 10-port switched outlets. that remote control down there activates/deactivates the switched outlets (8 of em). the two outlets up top are always-on.
I got this from Amazon for like $35 so that I could wire up my home theatre and easily shut everything down when I'm out of town. Unfortunately, the remote came DOA from the factory, so my Saturday project was spoiled. The gigabit switch was $40 from Amazon - I have the same 10/100 tucked away behind my plasma right now and since most of my network is gigE, I decided it was time to finally upgrade that switch.
