Os da coleção kaleidoscope ficaram parecendo glitter né, mas ao vivo não é assim não, JURO.
A textura é lisinha igual do omg. Eles tem um brilho fantástico, estou apaixonada por holográficos *-*
Perto deles o omg fica parecendo um pózinho holográfico, mt lindo também!

Espero que gostem! Beijos!
Bom fim de semana
Strobist: SB-800 through Lastolite Ezybox from directly above. SB-800 gelled blue bounced off white foamcore behind. Standing on black perspex. Triggered by Skyports.
A trip to Home Depot put me right in front of this selection of paint swatches. My best estimate is that there are 720 different colors here, each with a name. It must be an interesting job to choose the name for every new shade.
I'm not loving any of these color combos, but I think I've settled on a handful of peeries to use. You know, for the stranded sweater I have no business even considering.
Looking to update my core palette, this is the ensuing mess that covered most horizontal surfaces in the studio!

Yarn - Malabrigo Rios
Colour - Winter Lake
Using 4mm needles I made 3 swatches: garter stitch, stocking stitch, and 1x1 garter rib
Interesting how each type of stitch brings out different qualities of texture and colour.
A fragmented abstract of a column that was in front of a wall, and that wall had a slight return.....this created a nice array of levels for which the light and shadows to bounce...and affected the colors contained therein. I am always fascinated by geometry in photography, but have recently been working with minimalism, especially as I have just become a moderator in the fantastic Flickr group, "Less is More..." which is one of my favorite groups besides PC :)
This was taken on the Point Pleasant Beach, NJ Boardwalk.
PCA 291 - Swatch of Color: I explained above what the subject is. The way the light traveled through this subject, it produced subtle and gradual tonality shifts...so with a little split-tone help, I emphasized those shifts. From left, the colors go from the red family though orange, yellow and to green....which precisely follows the right half of the COLOR WHEEL.
and the time keeps on ticking...

As the door and the bricks show, it is the image of the swatches that is out of focus, not this picture.
Made another trip to the woods today to capture some more of the fall colors before all the leaves fall off :)
I think it looks better on black... :)

This watch reminds me of the Kasimir, but it actually was released a year before Kasimir hit the market. This is the watch that a lot of the counterfeiters copied.
I got it in a group of four other Swatches and I just love it. I have a brand new white band coming for it so I can wear it without feeling guilty about ruining the original band.

So this is how it turned out when I received my swatch from Spoonflower in the mail-- the colors are shifted (see the original here,) but a) I do sorta like the new colors made and b) I'm not sure whether it's my color settings or theirs that made the result. I'm beginning to think I need to calibrate my monitor! But I don't know how. Rats.
So what do you think? The photo's not 100% spot on colorwise (having troubles with my camera-- it's lighter in some parts and the orange is a tiny bit darker than here) but the quality's rather lovely, I was impressed how all my detail is still there. I just need to see if I can shift the oranges back to desaturate them perhaps. I think it's still pillowworthy!
These 3D-printed nylon swatches demonstrate some of the features of our Kinematics Cloth system. They were designed to be touchable sample parts that accompany one of our dresses in an exhibit.
