The local Surestart Children's Centre is trying to raise it's profile and involve more of the families from camp. So today, together with the Community Support Sqn, they held a Mad Hatter's Tea Party on the station. It was a fab day and even though the venue had to be changed due to the rain, everyone had a fab time. The tea and cupcakes were free, there was a children's entertainer, face painting, glitter tattoos, make your own mad hat, colouring and picnics. We had a lovely fun day, made even better because K had a bonus day off so he got to come too.

Very drastic change to my usual style. Not sure I like it yet but I am looking forward to it being easy to manage. It only cost me £10 as we had a pamper night at our sure start centre.
The response so far has been good but I am scared I am going to shock the girls lol.
