Le pavillon de la Coupe de l'America a été construit en 2006 par l'architecte anglais David Chipperfield pour accueillir en 2007 la coupe de l'America.

Le pavillon est composé d'une superposition de quatre grands plateaux blancs tous légèrement décalés. C'est un bâtiment original à l'architecture légère. On accède au bâtiment grâce à une rampe. On y trouve au rez-de-chaussée un restaurant public et une salle de réception. Au premier étage, il y a des magasins. Le deuxième et troisième étages sont occupés par les organisateurs de la Coupe de l'America et les sponsors officiels de la compétition, principalement Louis Vuitton. De plus, le belvédère du bâtiment offre un panorama exceptionnel sur le port et la mer, difficilement visibles lorsque l'on se trouve sur les quais du port puisque le port n'est pas un site touristique. On trouve aussi un jardin autour du bâtiment principal.

 

The America's Cup pavilion was built in 2006 by English architect David Chipperfield to host the 2007 America's Cup.

The pavilion is made up of a superposition of four large white trays, all slightly offset. It is an original building with light architecture. Access to the building is via a ramp. On the ground floor there is a public restaurant and a reception hall. On the first floor there are shops. The second and third floors are occupied by the organizers of the America's Cup and the official sponsors of the competition, mainly Louis Vuitton. In addition, the belvedere of the building offers an exceptional panorama of the port and the sea, which is difficult to see when you are on the quays of the port since the port is not a tourist site. There is also a garden around the main building.

Just a superposition of trees, lake and its opposite shore, but I was attracted this scene.

This combination may make one feel the depth or give a feeling to see all the scene beyond the trees :)

Title: Inner Workings-1.

Exploring combinations of forms, colours, solid and liquid appearances, using superpositions of two or more images. Minimal alteration of light, contrast and colour.

Original photographs of iced-up puddles on the earth; stone walls, colourful walls of houses, bark, tree trunks, patterns on the earth.

A new kind of photography which i'm testing few new point of view with my drone. Like this one with this storm which produced several lighting strickes outside the rainny area. This picture is a superposition of two. One made from my Sony camera on the ground and the second in the air with drone just above me. I was able to capture correctly one lighting with my camera which I use to add it on the drone picture taken few seconds later.

 

Un nouveau genre de photographie que je teste avec mon drone sous différents angles. Comme celle-ci avec cet orage qui a produit plusieurs éclairs en dehors de la zone pluvieuse. Cette photo est une superposition de deux images : une prise avec mon appareil photo Sony au sol et la seconde prise en l'air avec le drone juste au-dessus de moi. J'ai réussi à capturer correctement un éclair avec mon appareil photo, que j'utilise pour l'ajouter à la photo prise avec le drone quelques secondes plus tard.
