More sunsets, this time the star of this photo is my very own Infiniti G35....AGAIN! =)
This car is also known in Japan as the Nissan Skyline. Do not get it confused with the Skyline GT-R, since that's a whole different car.
My car also has the same engine that's in the 350z.
I took a lot of photos, it was difficult for me which to pick for Flickr, in the end I decided on this one.
Location: South Kuwait, Mina Abdullah.
Taken with: Canon 400D/XTi
Update 28/8/2007. Replaced photo. This one has better colors in the sky.
Taken at 15:38, the sun would be down over the horizon in less than 10 minutes from now. Time to quickly grab a few shots of the setting winter sun here in the UK. 27/11/2010
This is a composite of three images. Not strictly HDR, just three layered images in CS4. One layer shows the snow in the foreground, one layer was used for the sky and another layer had the sun. All used with masks and layers and different opacity values in CS4 to merge into one and then flattened to leave this result.
Two Peoples Bay
Albany- Western Australia.
This is my favorite image I managed to take on my last trip down South. The sun was blocked by a thick band of cloud on the horizon, but then went and reflected off a higher set of clouds, casting magnificent light across the rocks.

Darkness over this day, sunrise swallowed up by unnerving black thoughts...let me adress this message to semillanté; we are now one and wish you in future the same, live your life - reality is not a game. High seas are easily overcome, look past it and see...many in this world roam free to break your spirit, they wil not let you live and let be so easily. Victory comes from enduring and everlasting love yet tainted shadows leaves many torn, shall we rather leave the dead to sit and waste time to mourn? I realize now why there is so much hate and scorn for the innocent but loved unborn...
Fished under another bridge this evening to experiment and caught some little ones, but we were there for the sunset. I naturally my wife's camera on belt and snapped some pictures when the sun started down.
Tried to catch the gulls in the sunset and finally got a couple as you can see.
Built in the 14th century, likely by Genoese merchants, the fortress was constructed to oversee the trading routes by sea and land in the region. In the 15th century, it was integrated into the Wallachian fortification system by King Mircea the Elder. However, in 1420, the fortress fell under Ottoman control and remained so for over 450 years, until the War of Independence in 1877.
