It was 35F (1.7C) and super windy out, I was so hoping for a nothing special sky🙏, one just like almost every day's in the past few weeks.
I'm so glad I did go outside after much debating!

This insightful Russian documentary on the personal life of the Dalai Lama had been removed from this site and just now I found it restored and decided to accompany the documentary with a collage.
Please take time to view. It's difficult to find. (Only itunes Australia has it for rent/sale)
In the documentary "Sunrise/Sunset", the Dalai Lama states one does not have to be a believer to attain Enlightenment.
This truth might appeal to you as it does to me.
Also inspired by the Dalai Lama’s baggy eyes in this film, I’ve increased my own practices :)

Sunrise at Keyhaven in Hampshire with the fog bank in the background. It was a beautiful start to the day!
The sunrises lately here in southern Brooklyn have been pretty awesome, including today's example. I enhanced some of the color, contrast, etc., but not by much. Hope you also enjoy it!
This morning the sunrise turned spectacular for a moment. No Olympus camera as I drove north so this is an iPhone picture using the roof of my car for the reflection
This shot was a happy accident. I was on route one morning to shoot the sunrise at Loch Leven in Perthshire when as I crested a hill I caught sight of this view in the rear view mirror. I was concerned that if I stopped I would be late for the sunrise on site and miss out on the planned shot. I was about half way down the other side of the hill when I decided to stop and go back for the shot at the hilltop. I’m really please I did because not only did I catch some fantastic clouds and colour in the sky when I did finally make it to the loch it was completely hidden under the thick blanket of mist in this image. Good call!
It wasn't easy to get up early, but it was worth it.
A new day begins with a beautiful sunrise.
Nice that I was able to experience this in the mountains.

The Things you see when looking out the window...
Your 'Fave' does not always appear in 'Notifications' or Flickr mail, so, I am sorry for any delay in responding. Often your 'Fave' is only spotted 'On the Page' in ‘and xxx more people’ list on the day, that I see it. (seen ONLY when checking WHEN someone HAS 'faved' the image)
