Driving across the plains of Montana, couldn't pass up stopping to check out this sight that appeared in the rear view.
The last in the great neckwarmer craze of 2008. This is probably my favourite of the ones I've made as it sits nicely and doesn't require much adjusting once it's on. I still need to find a brooch or clasp of some kind to fasten it, but still haven't found anything i like as yet.

On a walk around lIam Gardens with a Flickr freind May 2019 Christchurch New Zealand.
In 1860 Sir John Cracroft Wilson came to Christchurch from India and brought seeds of a few varieties of rhododendrons and raised seedlings. Rhododendrons growing along the drive at Strowan kindled Stead's interest in these flowers, but there were few varieties available in New Zealand. He imported some for Ilam each year and from 1918 used cool storage for importing them.
Our world is so beautiful. It is a gift to be able to live on it. For this reason we should not destroy her by senseless wars and pollution.
Getting close to sunset at the base of Spearhead Peak where we ate our dinner. The valley is where Fox Creek flows out of the mountains.
