Golden Half
noname 400asa (came with the camera)
I decided that the best subject matter for the first roll of film in the Golden Half was balloons. I woke up saturday morning to bright sunshine and thought, why not take some balloons to the dog park? It wasn't until I was out the door that I realized how cold it was. I was surprised that the balloons were ok in the cold. I'm sure I looked a little goofy with two dogs, three balloons and four cameras but it was cold enough that no one stopped to ask any questions.
You can see the whole balloon series here.

I'm digging out my old pictures, this one was taken through an airplane window on my trip to Nepal in early 2010.
I have been trying the fractal filter on everything. (Alice you are right it is addictive)
I know it may not be for everyone's taste, but I liked it on this one.

Beautiful skies yesterday evening, an incredible variety of clouds to make up for the weeks of monotonous stratus we've been cursed with recently.
