Nikon E series 50mm f1.8 @?
The idea simply was to give a street light new life and represent the sun as it's bulb but the old utility pole got in the way.

It has just stopped snowing, and the temperature was around -6C. The sun only managed to briefly shine a fainted light through the thick clouds.

This was taken on vacation in Hawaii a couple of years ago. Clouds, ocean and setting sun make for some amazing scenery!

The 9 of juli i post a sunset pic with a little game.. "What do you see?" I asked you this question... Well None of you guys gave the right answer! It were no birds, bees, flies, ants or bats... these were waterdroplets from the sprinkler :) So now you know! To bad nobody give the right answer otherwise i dedicated this pic to that person... lol! Have a nice week you all!
I am practicing with my new ND100000 filter in advance of the eclipse next month, so here is my first picture of the sun, complete with spots.

A basic rule of photography? Never shoot into the sun.

I jest. Shooting into the sun is a great technique (contre-jour) and can produce some stunning results.
This is a three exposure HDR image looking out across the Northumberland National Park, near a village called Greenhaugh. Captured with a Canon EOS 500D with a Canon EF-S f3.5-4.5 10-22 mm wide angle lens. Processed using Photomatix, Lightroom and GIMP.
Photographed this setting sun west of Navarre Beach, Florida along J. Earle Bowden Way (Hwy 399). Been to this area of the beach a number of times in order to capture theses wonderful sunsets. Shot (1/20 at f/22, ISO 50) using the Sony A7R with the FE 24-70mm f/4 lens on a tripod. Post processing with Lightroom 5.7 and OnOne Perfect Effect 9.5.
