Sunflowers in the morning sun. Have a large Thursday and Thanks for the Look.
We're having big problems with Internet access here. Hopefully our service provider will get to the bottom of the trouble tomorrow afternoon. Will get to your streams as soon as I can
Something I've only seen a few times.... Sun Pillars appear as a shaft of light extending vertically above the sun, most often at sunrise or sundown. They develop as a result of ice crystals slowly falling through the air, reflecting the sun's rays off of them. Look for sun pillars when the sun is low on the horizon, and cirrus clouds are present.

This red breasted nuthatch flew to the top of this fence post and fully settled, then spread its wings - perhaps sunning itself? HFF! Happy Fence Friday!
Benni and I saw these flowers on an overcast day so I was surprised to come home and see them with lots of light on the big screen.
(Identified by my dear friend, Rachel, as Strawflowers)
The sun going down tonight was huge. I had to take a few pictures of it after I worked an 11 hour day, rushed to get my camera, and barely got out in time to see this.
I'm working a new job and I have not had the time to take pictures of anything else.
I hope sunsets will be entertaining enough for now (if that's all I ever get around to posting) and that you don't get sick of them coming from me. I promise they will all be different.
Have a nice evening.
Fin quando non incontrerai l'altro limite non conoscerai il tuo.
The great feeling rise from small things.......
Have a lovely time my friends !!!
I liked this view of the Milky Way over the trees, and the lights from the small camp / village there at Crater Lake add to the light there along the horizon (looking like the setting sun)
hmmm, first time looking at this on not an iphone...processed jpg, with snapseed..means vertical banding

Not 100% sure, but I may have caught a little sun pillar (just left of centre) in this shot. I have never seen them before, so I am only comparing this to other photos I have seen. This was a local sunset last year.
The local birds were enjoying it too with their usual viewpoint atop the TV antenna.
