On May 21, 2013, employees from Devon Energy participated in the annual Stuff the Truck event. The employees sorted food from the Letter Carriers' Food Drive, which was used for disaster relief in response to the tornadoes in Oklahoma.

Bigger Fiesta bowls/bakers, platters, and salt and pepper shakers are elsewhere. There are a few teacups, mugs, a disc pitcher, and tumblers around somewhere, too. (Plus the box of stuff I bought on Friday at Everything Fiesta that's still in the trunk...)

This l'il critters used to watch over my computer monitor. :-)

This is the finished stuffed zucchini flower finished off with a bit of freshly saved parmigiano reggiano. They were fried to a crisp on the outside and remained warm and creamy on the inside. I have never tried zucchini flower before but they are amazing and I see myself eating many more of these in the future! In case you are wondering they taste just like zucchini so if you like zucchini you will enjoy their flowers too!

Your stuffed animals had a library sleepover!

Dinner @ "Zeleny Rodrigez", one of the most popular Bratislava restaurants on Tripadvisor, on the last evening in the city.

A split-liking dish. My table had folks that hated the smell and taste of the chillies; and those that love it (myself included!).

The chillies were well stuffed and cooked perfectly with no tough or fibrous parts. The paprika base stew was lovely as well.

The (we-are-so-over-it) "bread pudding" turned out to be this super buttery and pillowy potato pudding; stunning!

Big stuff sitting up in the shiny bright red fire engine.

She said, "You need to use some of that 'photo stuff' on my pictures so they'll look better... I couldn't help giggling. It just struck me funny - like "photo stuff" was some kind of cream you rubbed on.. Besides, I don't think she needs it. I did work on this one just a little - but not to make her prettier. I had to do something to make the fringe on the pillow she's laying on less distracting - and while I was at it, I did brighten up her eyes just a tad - but only to make up for shooting by the light of a 60 watt bulb 15 feet away in a mica-shaded lamp... I don't think she needs no 'photo stuff'.

tonight's most excellent dinner - red peppers stuffed with a mixture of ground turkey, basmati rice, onion, baby bella mushrooms, tomato sauce & goat cheese and some whole wheat italian bread with smart balance. MMMM!
