Two confessions: this is out of order because I accidentally skipped day one-four-one...because I forgot to take a normal 365 shot :(. Poop. But instead of making it up, I decided to share a different photo which is probably more interesting than whatever else I would have had in mind!
--> This is... a Kennett portabella mushroom, stuffed with mozzarella cheese and slices of rotisserie chicken. Delicious, but very rich in cheese...I want to make it again!

Broiled stuffed Portobello mushrooms. Stuffed with mushroom stems, onion, garlic, almonds, pine nuts and breadcrumbs. Bound together with stock/sherry. Two had grated Parmesan cheese on top before broiling.

I was talking about squash flowers the other day and how I wanted to find a vegan recipe for stuffing them - now I did!
Stuffed with a mix of bulgur wheat, navy bean paste, spinach, and carrot and various spices, and then lightly fried. Very nice and compact - a little "Amuse-bouche" before the main course.
