This has taken me close to a month to put together. A friend replaced the window with a door in this spare bedroom. I'll be able to set up an outdoor studio too. No more working in the cold garage.
This is my studio.

This is my studio! WooHoo! I have been working on this place since early December. The building was built in 1940 and was a wholesale meat warehouse from 1940-2008 (same company the entire time). It was a LOT of working turning a meat warehouse into a photography studio, but I think I am 70-80% done!
It is so not as impressive as the inside, but it works. There is NOTHING I can do about the unsightly pole. I eventually want to do some more stuff outside, but for now I am taking a break from renovations.
A billion notes on these... check them out for more info.
