These were my grand father's cuff links, I rarely wear shirts that require them and I have other cuff links so I never use these. I don't have any shirts with detachable collars either so I haven't used collar studs for over fifty years.
so cute and perfect for fall. sure there are a couple of scuffs from age. they are in surprisingly great condition otherwise.

I have to decide the right position of the table ............. advices?
I'm looking for an oilcloth tableware to cover the surface of the table that is made with 2 parts of a bookcase I like no more....
Sto aggiungendo colore, ho ripreso il colore della sedia sui cavalletti che ho usato come gambe per il tavolo... è meglio o peggio?...devo decidere la posizione esatta del tavolo rispetto alla luce e all' arietta fresca che entra dalla finestra..
poi visto che il piano del tavolo è fatto con 2 montanti laterali di una libreria che ho smontato perchè non mi piaceva piu', lo voglio ricoprire con una tovaglia di tela cerata colorata ( non a fiori) perchè il colore attuale è orrendo e risulta molto povero...accetto suggerimenti e consigli. grazie

Look what Heather made for me! Isn't it just adorable. Red + Aqua + Gnomes = perfect. I've loved Gnomes ever since I was a small girl. My dear old Nan had a menagerie of them in her garden. And then reading 'The Hobbit' as a teenager enhanced my affection.
