Anything goes theme for Feb STUD sent to Quiltsgaloreandmore. I used Moda Authentic fabric and templates...very daunting....but it turned out to be very easy!
For the discerning builder who prefers a matching blue top.
Can body is pad printed and pop top is digitally printed.

So I went to work on this again this evening and this is what I was faced with... Two weeks of work pretty much gone.
My save file was corrupted and almost all the sub models were reduced down to small black boxes with red question marks on them.
Bye bye Three Broomsticks :(
At the very least I know I can design like this now, so I guess onwards and upwards to the next project.
Next time I will save a backup copy!

Strobist: Red light from monolight with modeling bulb on with red filter and key light from small softbox at low angle.
Taken Slop Bog, Ferndown, Dorset. This small nature reserve has boundaries with the Ferndown bypass and a residential area, however, it is an oasis for the Siver-Studded Blue. I paid an early visit to this site which is almost on my doorstep, as with most butterflies this year they had emerged earlier than usual. A beautifully marked butterfly that can be found on low lying heathland throughout Dorset .

shes all done. and i had such a HARD time giving her away. i LOVED this little fella. it measured about 12.5 x 10.5. sooo fun and i know that it will be loved by andrea! its a little different take on geese inspired by the golden goose quilt i saw on a blog.
