This is with flash added to the daylight, I can definitely tell a difference between this and just the daylight. You can still see the background and colors but he stands out more with the flash on him. I can see how it makes the photo look more 3D and not as flat.

With flash added, I really like how this came out since now he looks light enough and you can also see the background nicely too.

Time to face my worst fear, strobes! I'm deathly afraid of strobes and flash photography, mainly because I haven't a clue on how to use them, let alone do it effectively. But then again, not using it won't help me get any better. Time for a crash course, and what better way to learn than to force myself into a 365 project.
