STROBIST: 3 manual speedlites: Mainlight in white shootthru brolly, blue kicker in a little brolly from behind, 3rd speedlite: bare, orange-red-gelled, directed against the wall.
Btw.: You dont have to buy Honl's quite expensive "autumn filter kit" -- i found the same colors in he cheap LEE Filter Swatch Book. Anyway, if you have too much money: There you go:

Lit with an off camera SB-600 flash fitted with a snoot, for tight control of the light.

A grey reef shark cruises a reef near Santo, Vanuatu. Shot on Ektachrome 100 slide film, Nikonos V w/20mm lens, SB102 strobe.
Up until now, I insisted that nearly all of my strobist-style shots be taken in complete shade. This made it easy to introduce and control the light hitting my subject. However, upon reading a post in a strobist thread, I realized that I could use an ND filter, increase the output of my mainlight, and allow myself the possibility of taking good portraits (with relatively shallow depth-of-field) in broad daylight. In fact, I could have had an even softer bokeh by using my 70-200mm lens, but at the time I didn't think about it. Right now I have a dual-flash bracket being shipped from Austrailia, but after receiving the ND filter I just couldn't wait. I set up two lightstands right next to each other and pointed both flashes into the same umbrella (see setup pic). The combination of the ND filter and doubling my mainlight power (allowing me to use a shallow depth-of-field) opens up a world of possibilities. Now, I can't wait for the sunshine...

Sun is providing the rim lighting on the right side. The flashes were triggered by Cactus V2s receivers and a Wein optical (peanut) slave. B&W ND (.6) filter used. Setup pic here.

One beauty dish for main light, gold reflector on the right side, one strobe(430ex) with small soft box high positioned, 2m, and one strobe (430ex II) with bounce diffuser, placed at 1m high from the floor, both speedlites was on manual mode, zoom 50mm and one strobe with reflector and grid for background.
