This little stream is located along the Blue Ridge Parkway at the Humpback Rocks Visitor Center in Nelson County, Virginia. I took this shot from a small bridge crossing the stream.
my camera was as close to the water as it could be in fact it was getting wet but the result was worth it for me...this was up at blakey ridge on the north yorkshire moors...worth looking at a larger size...
After walking 12km down the Poulter valley, Pete's stream is where we turn off and climb to Binser saddle. Everything is still flowing high and fast after the overnight rain - a serious matter in an area with no bridges.
Two views, same place. Waywayanda State Park in Vernon, New Jersey. I had to find some open areas to grab the shots due to a short, but steep drop from the path that I'm on and the stream below. With the snow and ice, and lots of rocks, I did not want to risk any ankle injuries, hence the shots through the shrubs.
I have been working on a new portfolio, "The Stream". When golden sunlight hits the stream bed of a clear mountain stream, the colors and shapes create magical, natural abstracts. SONY A7rII

On the final round of finishing Liam's Bed I had to return to Home Depot and Lowe's for nails for my gun. Only I realized too late I was out of nails and the stores were all closed. So early Christmas Eve I ran to the stores, got the nails and finished the bed. Then I realized I should have finished he steps because the is WAY high. Jacques asked me to take Liam to the store for her. While we were gone she smoothed my rough cuts and finished painting trim and scratches. After we waited for Christmas morning. All in all Liam loves his bed.
