My daughter joined me for a quick fun photo session at Rocky Point in Baltimore County this evening. She did this despite not feeling 100%. It was a little above freezing, so not too cold (at least for me).

As runoff from higher ground collects in this deep forest valley, a stream of water begins flowing away, first toward a deep river, and then on to its eventual destination of Lake Michigan. Amazing to think how these little pools can feed into major waterways.
