While hiking along a road there in Yosemite, I could hear this flowing water off in the distance. Headed off into the woods and came upon this glorious scene.
Captured with the CPL filter only here in the low light of the woods.
A little stream by a footpath in Greatford. There is a bridge tucked away behind the tree. It was a very hot day, the footpath ran past (and through) peoples gardens. I on;y followed it for about ten minutes then turned back. Will have to try it again on a cooler day.

I changed the title from "Track and Stream" based on my conversations with [https://www.flickr.com/photos/55959716@N08] at about the 15th comment.
Thanks, John.

Leigh Brook winding through woodland in West Worcestershire. A wonderful old tree stump now stranded mid stream. Even during a damp summer the brook is at quite a low level but there is plenty of evidence of much higher water levels. I liked the interplay between the green reflections and the Beech branches hanging over the water.
Wow, how is this February?! It's 60 degrees outside, and the bright sun is rapidly melting the snow. We had rain and thunder last night, melting the snow enough to cause the little river in the back yard to flood in some areas. Us New Hampshire-ites have had an extraordinarily odd winter, but that's fine with me!
I took this shot with my camera on a tripod in nearly two feet of water. I used a Hoya ND8 filter, and a Vello wired shutter release. I almost fell into the water once... It wouldn't have felt very warm out if I hadn't managed to catch myself!
