Lovely mountain stream spot on to refresh our souls in this hot summer time

My little town slopes downhill and I live on the downhill end, so whenever it rains, it all washes down my way and floods my yard. Here is the ditch that runs along the front of my house by the road. You can see it's full and running fast, like a stream. Less than a half mile further down from this picture is the city limits - where it was actually flooding. See the picture below.

I captured this image in Hackfall Wood, Near Grewelthorpe, North Yorkshire, UK.

I was using a slow shutter speed and hand holding my camera.

Another little waterfall in the New Hampshire woods. Probably in Franconia Notch State Park.

This might make soothing wallpaper.

The image shows a peaceful forest scene with a shallow stream running through it. The water is clear, reflecting the surrounding trees and greenery. Tall trees and lush plants line the stream, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

We crossed it on 14.10.2011 trekking from Taluka to Seema en route Har-ki-doon.

Here are the photos I took of Juniper by the stream - she seems to love the outdoors.

A high mountian stream near the Blue Ridge Parkway in the fall. The stream is just off the road.

Shot from a slide roll that went missing for over 3 months!

Oirase Stream is a very popular hiking destination in northeast Japan, esp during autumn. The stream flows out onto Lake Towada, another popular tourist attraction. While the hiking trail is actually just beside a road, this frame seems to bring it into some untouched remote world.

Beautiful stone bridge over lärjeån which got it's name from it's color.

Sono combattuta tra la voglia di amare e essere amata

e la fredda consapevolezza di dover soffrire

scappare dalla felicità

anche quando bussa alla tua porta

soffrire per la felicità mancata

o accoglierla

e poi piangere per la felicità perduta?
