This construction contains strain insulators with brown porcelain disks (Ohio Brass?). The pole seems quite old... pre-70's? And you may notice there is an "X" marking at the bottom of the pole and because of the the poles bad lean, not too difficult to see why.
Pole Treatment: I would almost guess penta, but it's possible it's one of those "old gray poles" that could be half a century old...

Bright, harsh morning sun makes for a challenge to photograph these insulators dead-ending by a substation in Cincinnati.
Shooting in manual setting in RAW mode, the image was deliberately overexposed to capture the data in the underside of the grey insulators. Post processing of the image balanced out the colors.

Being careful, pour the curds and whey into the straining setup.
If you are collecting the whey in a bowl, you may have to empty the bowl into another container halfway through so that it doesn't overflow. A gallon of milk will result in quite a bit of whey.
