Early August storm cells are usually non severe and with little to no precip. Though the dry air creates some of the best photographic scenarios you could ask for if you love clouds... especially storms in Nebraska.

I had the afternoon off and was ready for that afternoons chase. Camera in hand, and storms moving into northern Buffalo County from the northwest...I was ready to catch some incredible storm captures.

August has always been my month to capture some of my best pics. This set of captures was just the first of many to come!

Taken whilst out doing sunset at Codgers fort Northumberland turned around to see this behind me so changed lens and shot away taken @ 400mm
