We spent a couple hours trying to drive out from under this system. When we cleared the system, we stopped at this wheat field to watch it approach.

At first we thought there were be close to zero chase days. But then i got a call, can you change the date of the tour and get to Oklahoma early?

Or rather, it felt more like the storm was chasing me. While driving down the road, I was rubbernecking to see all of the great cloud formations that were looming up around me, and to take notice of anything that might be headed my way. A funnel cloud had been spotted not far from where I pulled over to take this shot.
