I understand they're about to reissue these again. Maybe I should have sold mine already. Even though it's a reissue form the mid 90's, they're hard to find nowadays. I don't particularly want to sell it anyway. It's the best flanger I've ever used.

Danelectro Pastrami Overdrive. From Matt's personal collection. Not much of an overdrive, but more of a nasty fuzzy distortion.

The Behringer UP300 (or UP100) has two trim pots inside at the top of the circuit board. The one on the left controls depth. If you’ve felt like you aren’t getting enough phase even with the external Depth control turned up, open your pedal up and turn that trimmer with a screwdriver. The trim pot on the right is where the fun is - it interacts with the rest of the controls to create new sounds unlike any other off the shelf phaser. Ringing, metallic washes, chirping, and self-oscillating destruction. You can set and forget it (or muzzle it again if these sounds are too much), drill a hole in the top of the pedal so you can adjust the trimmer with a screwdriver, or make the trim pot into a full size externally mounted control. Fun.
Excerpt from an interview with Bill Frisell and Vinicius Cantuaria in regards to their recent recording, Lagrimas Mexicanas. Guitar Player Magazine asked Frisell about his "intense fuzz sounds". He mentions the Fuzz-Stang!
I made sure this giant squid was as anatomically correct as possible—that means eight arms, two tentacles, and the vent between the eyes,. I knew it would drive my crazy if I realized I had gotten the number of tentacles wrong or something.

new comer among my vintage boss pedals. i just bought it from a neighbour a few hours ago (rather say he gave it to me: 40€ > about 55$!!). It delivers a pure and smooth compression with a great sound quality. nothing to do with the cs-3, not better, just different (but that's my opinion, compared to my style)
