The only way up the ladder to success is to go STEP by STEP. But sometimes you have to take a step backwards or sideways to ensure that keep climbing and that the way is blocked for others.
In STEP by STEP you can try this out on one, two or three other candidates, without putting your job at risk straight away!

This is pretty much a step by step restoration of an AS2J. Apart from missing a few steps near the end you can follow the progression in your own restorations. It'll take you from pretty much a bare frame to the finished bike.
Using the heavy sewing needle gently push a dimple into the aluminum. Do not go all the way through as the hole will appear when the dimple is sanded.
In order to do the 'x'-es, I went ahead and taped the whole thing overlapping. I then took a razor blad and made cuts to the tape to allow me to cut away the pieces of tape which should be taken away. I could use the existance of the other direction of the tape to make sure I cut in the right places.

Add your first coat of Polish. I used 'Pop Apricot' by rimmel.

1. go to the restaurant, eat as much as you can (grapefruit slices with yoghurt, pancake with maple syrup, fresh white bread with various sorts of feta and tomatos, english breakfast if you like...), then take some fruit and some blätterteigtaschen from the buffet for the picknick. important: feel like a thief and behave inconspicuously!
