I started this page playing with oil pastels as a background without gessoing the page first. On the right, I was playing with applying oil pastels to a photo/photo paper. Neither worked out as I wanted, so I applied a light coat of gesso and sat up last night mixing pastels. *G* I left the photo alone because I plan to play with it with gel pens.
