Nobody, even less the author, had seen these pictures until now. Until I've developed them in the dark room.
In this roll, I have found several images of a family trip to the mountains, probably the Alps. Anybody can indentify these mountains?
They call "found film" at those images in film or plates that are find undeveloped inside old cameras or in other places, like boxes or old houses.
I found a large pack of medium format roll films in the Internet. I bought them from a seller from Rotterdam (Low Countries).
This one was a b&w 120 format Kodak Panatomic-X film, produced from 1933 to 1987. It's the first "found film" that I stand developed, in this case 1 hour in Rodinal 1+100. I find this method seems more secure for those films.

Nobody, even less the author, had seen these pictures until now. Until I've developed them in the dark room.
This roll of 120 film had about 8 6x6 pictures, all a bit blurry and showing groups of people in a garden or in the beach. Apparently this made the location almost impossible. But.... but there's one single element that solves the problem. There's a picture showing an old church by the beach, a beach that is clearly in the Netherlands, considering it's context (and some Dutch flags). So I only had to find a church near the Dutch coast. It took less than five minutes with Google maps. This is Katwijk aan Zee beach, and the church is the Andreaskerk (aka Witte Kerk), dating from 1461!.

I turned 40 this year. I know this is of no real significance as age is one of the few things that we have absolutely no control over, however I did attempt to investigate my ageing back when I was nearer turning 30, so I though it might be worth looking at again.
By ageing, in both cases a lot of it is down to hair loss. Hair loss and my being increasingly aware of skin's ability to form ever finer wrinkles. Something I believe I have completely failed to show in these pictures.
well, after I kept shooting only 135 format for a month I found the joy of using the visoflex on my Leica.
Some may say "why you don`t use SLR instead of visoflex on Leica ?" - all I can say is it`s far more fun to shoot with visoflex than SLR - who knows the difference.

"Farewell forever,
Old road to Durham,
Farewell forever;
We'll travel now by train.
And all along the coming years
That time for us may fill,
We'll bless the men that brought the road
To dear old Chapel Hill.
So cheers and thanks we join to give
For what we all do see;
The railroad, boys, has reached up to
The University. "
From a song composed for and sung at the 1882 celebration of the railroad's opening. It runs from the mainline "North Carolina Railroad" 10 miles to the north, to Carrboro just outside Chapel Hill. Trains still run to it carrying coal to the University's power plant.

That oak tree at the Thomas Center, Gainesville, Florida. 1948 Ansco Shur Shot Jr box camera on Kodak Tri-X film. I'm always amazed at how well this camera does. It is so minimal.
The Tri-X 400 film is too fast for this camera. This is first time I've tried stand development - Ilfosol DD-X 1+9 for 45 minutes. I think the contrast boost from the stand development worked for this frame.
