If Dexter gets any bigger (which no doubt he will) this might not be a sight that you'll see much longer......
When the yanks go a bit nuts, they shoot people. The brits dress in white, disguise a mate as a walking tree, and parade through the streets. One wonders which is weirder.
Yes, I know it's a crummy pic. A gloomy early morning was pushing 200ASA just a bit far...
Another building that immediately liked, unfortunately I discovered there was a Jesus statue in the middle only the last day when I was with the M3 and guess what? I discovered I didn't have any frame left after I carefully focused on Jesus.

I don't ride by here every day but so far, every time I have ridden by either early in the morning or on my way back in the evening, he has been here, likely in front of his house, blocking the bike lane.
What is difficult to see in the photograph is just how dangerous this is. As cars come around the bend off of Dallas and onto Wilkins, the lane narrows becauee of the parking. With this guy's car there taking up half the bike lane, there is not enough space for his vehicle, a bike in the lane and any vehicle making the turn, such as a bus, only the lights captured in the darkness. In such a squeeze, the cyclist is going to loose big time.

I can't tell you how many times I looked down to find my hand involuntarily reaching out for something in this store. I'm still amazed I had the willpower to walk out of there with just one piece of candy. It was a Hershey Kiss the size of my fist.
This contraption squeezes the juice from sugar cane (or beet) or anything else you want to pass through it!
Squeeze out the excess. Then back into the hot water and roll again. Repeat this process, increasing the vigor of your rolling as the ball starts forming. You can then add some colored roving using the same steps. The balls dry out by themselves after a few days.
One of three turnstile blocks at Myreside, home to Watsonians FC, who play in Scottish rugby union's BT National League Division One. Prior to the 15-a-side code accepting professionalism, Sonians could field several internationals and attract four-figure crowds. Today, they play in Scotland's second tier and attendances don't rise much above a couple of hundred. The club, founded in 1875, have played at this ground, part of the George Watson's College campus, since 1933. Only one turnstile block was in use on this occasion, a 60-13 rout of struggling Aberdeen Grammar.
Admission: £10. Programme: 28 pages (w/a). Attendance: 150.
