I finally found out what this is..
the live oak tree is shadowing a squeeze chute.. built for squeezing a cattle head for worming or other things we must do with cows.

There are tons of beds around, and bigger ones, but they keep on squeezing in this one, in a pile... Three Chihuahuas and a tiny Crested, all coming from different backgrounds and parts of the world, but always together.
My brother sent these Next boots to Rose last Christmas. I managed to squeeze her feet into them for this photo, but they're too small to wear anymore. :(
An actual demonstration of a modern-day combine, in action, on the Crowell home place-- The Annual Halls Mill Sorghum Squeeze festival was held on Saturday, October 1, 2011. Sweet sorghum cane grown on Paschal Road, near Halls Mill, in Bedford County, Tennessee, is squeezed for its juice on a mule-driven press which dates to the 1800’s. The juice is then reduced over a wood fire to a sweet syrup, called sorghum. The all day event is held on the old Michael Crowell (1826-1906) farm that was built long before the Civil War days. The old house is in need of direct attention but serves well, in its present state, for a look back into time. There was music, the Mid-State Cloggers, food, arts and crafts, Watkins Products for sale, a tour of the old home, old farm equipments and just about any other thing a person would want to see at this type of festival.
Before a Boston Pops concert at Symphony Hall, a man and a woman squeezed their way between tables, chairs, and other people to get to their seats. We had the same problem. The tables get moved around, the chairs get moved around, and even the people get moved around -- because with the tables and chairs jumbled they may mistakenly end up in somebody else's place, as we did.
This was Linda's Mother's Day and (belated) birthday present. Keith Lockhart led the Pops in a concert honoring Leonard Bernstein (West Side Story), "one of America's greatest composers and conductors," to mark the 90th anniversary of his birth. This year is also the 100th anniversary of the birth of Leroy Anderson -- probably best known for the songs Sleigh Ride, The Syncopated Clock, and Blue Tango -- and we heard some of his music, too.
Despite Jewel (the presumed gifter) yelling out that the stress balls were a guy's present, the girls appear to be having a lot of fun with them.
