1、SPS-FGB Fiber Glass Board Squeegee instructions
The traditional squeegee is all urethane rubber, which is printed for a long time，After the squeegee absorbs the solvent in the ink, the hardness is reduced, the expansion deformation, the printing angle α is unstable, and it is not suitable for precision screen printing. The Fiber Glass Board Squeegee is combined with the glass fiber board and the scraping glue, which has the elasticity of the scraping rubber and the support line of the glass fiber board. The long-time printing can maintain a stable printing angle and the printing ink thickness is uniform.
3.1.2 Chemical solvent resistance
Test time: 7 Days
Test solvent: xylene, methyl ethyl ketone
Test items: hardness change, quality change
3.2 Fiberglass board
The high quality fiberglass board has uniform thickness, good elasticity and chemical resistance.
5.2 storage
①Store indoors at 40℃or lower, do not store in high temperature and high humidity, direct sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. (Recommended storage conditions: 23℃±2℃, humidity 60% or lower)
②Do not store near heat-generating equipment or dusty places.
③It is forbidden to bend and press, stack it straight, stack no more than 20PCS.
④The scraping rubber is stored at a low temperature for a long time, and can not be used immediately after being moved to the workshop. It should be placed at 25℃for more than 3 hours before use.
5.3Grinding

①After using the squeegee, please clean the surface ink and rest on the SPS-DR squeegee rack for 12 hours, waiting for the solvent to be released.
②M type traditional squeegee needs to be grinding in the squeegee holder; FGB/AS with support plate squeegee can be removed for grinding.
③Manual grinding machine for grinding
250 mesh grinding wheel: single grinding coarse grinding 0.5mm / fine grinding 0.2mm
400 mesh grinding wheel: single grinding coarse grinding 0.2mm / fine grinding 0.1mm
④The squeegee can be polished with the SPS-Sander to smooth the edge of the knife edge.

Allyson arranged for us all to go on this 2 mile hike with a group called Tree People. Although the band "The Squeegees" was a little too Sponge-Bob for me, and the head lady was like a bad characiture from SNL, a good time was had by all.
"For Destination, I used yellow watercolor for the background. Then I tore out a map from a road atlas and glued it down.(A road atlas is handy when there is no cell or gps, like on the loneliest road in Nevada.) Bacon wanted to help, so I traced him as he made himself comfortable on the page.Next I added dots if acrylic paint and used a squeegee to smear them down.
I love traveling and we usually have a destination in mind. But sometimes those plans change and we have to go with it (I'm looking at you Calgary and your fires a few years back that kept us from Banff. But we did have great Costa Rican food in Gillette, WY and visited the beautiful and eerie Badlands instead). Anyway, I've never tried the squeegee technique, and didn't know how it would turn out, but I like it."
My film squeegee did a horrible number on this roll of film. I'm embracing the scratches since it was a toy camera roll anyway, but it's getting tossed.

We rediscovered the Sega and started playing Sonic Part 2. Mannix was so into it so he got the xbox controller and pretended to play with us. The second picture is of him using a squeegee to clean the sliding door :) we ended up having to give him a spray bottle of water just so he could keep doing it. He was there for about an hour spraying and wiping off the water. Kids find entertainment with the simplest things.
