Myself, Cassie and Iffat hit up Spring Rolls while returning from a trip from the Ontario Science Centre.

I attempted to make my own Vietnamese style cold shrimp rolls. They tasted exactly right but did they ever look unappetizing.
The noodles are bean-thread, chopped to 1-3" lengths and in a light marinade (rice vinegar and white sugar). The wrappers are rice paper and need to be soaked in hot water to make the pliable/usable.
At some random afternoon for Anka & Shayne, Max & Norbert and a very weird friend of mine, who I got to know at St. John´s, who was there with two friends of his who were very rude.
i love vietnamese springrolls and i must have tried 6 varieties so far, but those catfish springrolls are the best ive ever eaten in my life. i virtually had my tongue inside the dip to lick it empty.
