Oh my word. These were soooo good. They had just the right amount of cilantro, and there was tofu and egg as well. I'm pretty picky when it comes to spring rolls, and these hit the spot.

Per usual, I need to snap everything before I eat it. However, these were too good and it wasn't until we were on the last one that I realized I had forgotten to shoot it.
I struggled a bit with composition on this, I'd love critique on this.
Curry Spring Rolls (2) $4.50
Assorted veggies with Asian yam infused with curry. Deep fried and served with homemade sweet & sour sauce.
Cuisine: Vietnamese
Boy were these delish and crisp! Not shown here, but they were served with Vietnamese dipping sauce (essential if you're having this).

Spring roll, I can not buy Chinese flour paper, so I use Vietnamese rice paper. Ingredient: bamboo shoot, cabbage, dry tofu, catrrot, mushroom, rice paper
