- Jicama sticks (for texture/crunch)
- Napa cabbage for structure & texture
We've been baking again - time consuming, what with cooking fillings and then wrapping - but very tasty at the end!

但是媽媽總是會變出好多好多的料
讓你的餅皮用兩層了還是會破掉跟掉出料來
美味依舊
個人偏好的口味是餅皮兩張 配上剝好的蝦子四尾
挾些蛋皮 胡蘿蔔絲 豆芽菜絲 芹菜 豆干
再灑上好多好多好多的花生糖粉
這就是我不管再忙都會在清明節趕回鄉的好味道
媽媽的新招數是在包起來前撒一些碎油條
半夜實在不適合上傳這種會讓肚子一直叫的照片

Thai takeout: jungle spicy chicken, springroll, sour cabbage soup, Thai fried rice, lychee jelly cup.
From Springroll soup to Gaajar Halwa, it's all here.
We had paranthas, each served with about 50gm hand-made white butter on it, chana masala, daal makhani, paneer chilli, plain dahi, boondi raita and yellow daal. All of it really amazing in taste and generous in quantities.
Swami and I also had a cup of chai each. The bill for six came to INR 280.
Pretty satisfied with the result. Good, fresh, tasty ingredients. My own fermented and pickled ginger was good with mint.

Packed for my g/f... Same as mine just a different design for the rice, it's the ICP hatchetman logo thingie, ;p she loved it.

I tried to make martabak telur (Indonesian eggroll) the way my mom makes them. Something must have gone wrong in the folding because now they look like lumpia!
It was good anyway, although it was naked (no acar to go with it) and we ate the entire batch in one go since the misfolding makes them bite-sized.
