This forecast model is used for one step ahead forecasting. Forecast of next time unit is done according to the previous observed data and previous forecast. The smoothing constant you have entered is the weight of previous forecast value. Also an analysis displaying the performance of the forecast depending on the actual data is carried out. SpreadsheetWEB version of the template allows to carry out the forecast online.

I tried to enhance Chandler's speed using the new wx.GraphicsContext, but these were the somewhat disappointing results on Mac OS X. I think the large value for PerfLargeDataTriage is anomolous since it had been fine to that point and no changes specific to it were in the last run.
