For the expense sheet, it’s not so cut and dry. Each business is different, and thus will have different expenses. So think about what you spend your business dollars on, and be sure to include things that really only pertain to your business. For my sheet, I included these categories: CRAFT FAIR BOOTH FEES, ETSY FEES, PAYPAL FEES, POSTAGE, SUPPLIES, VISTA PRINT, ADVERTISING, OTHER.
Once you have your spreadsheets created, either print out 12 of each of your sheets if you’re using Excel, or make 12 xerox copies of each of your hand-made sheets.

I had a few meetings at work, and then I came home and worked on taxes some more. Very exciting day.
Was in cologne last week for the student society's AGM. The contribution of my physical being over there was to help consume food, which if not, will be disposed as waste. Well the others did more, they voted. I wanted to but unfortunately my ballot paper disintegrated in a pool of apple juice.
Funny knowing all this would happen, i went rogue while sightseeing a few hours ealier. And a good move it was.

This spreadsheet shows information not included in the quick reference guide. There are more food items, nutrient data, an amino acid profile used to assess protein completeness, and information on refuse of animal proteins.
The updated revision 1.1 now includes pork, grains, soy products, and a few other plant-based foods. Also, purchasing weights were updated to include refuse (shells, bone, et cetera) for easier reference while shopping and preparing meals.
Portion size is based on three criteria:
• at least 30g protein
• at least 3g leucine
• sufficient quantity of each essential amino acid to provide the equivalent of 30g complete protein
Total protein is the determining factor for ricotta cheese and cottage cheese. In most cases leucine content determines portion size. Although many foods do not provide complete protein, the adjustment for completeness is usually less than the adjustment for leucine.
