Never again will I tag a photo with "con**trails" or even use the word in a caption; folks with serious issues pop right up out of the woodwork to help me understand life's modern problems and I've got other stuff to do today.
Anyway, here's looking in both directions at once from Nelson's Landing. That's either the Colorado River or Lake Mojave, whatever floats your boat.
Flowering Dudleya found near the Bear Gulch Reservoir at Pinnacles National Monument, San Benito Co., CA. Identification is based on the shape of the branching flower stalks when compared to the other regional Dudleya species, D. lacnceolata.

This and many other assessments have been keeping me away from flickr and photography in general lately. I can't wait to go out and take some photos.

- Su Wikipedia l’interpretazione è la seguente: La differenza tra il prezzo più basso a cui un venditore è disposto a vendere un titolo (ask) e il prezzo più alto che un compratore è disposto ad offrire per quel titolo (bid). - Se vogliamo dargli un acronimo significato S.P.R.E.A.D. - Per i giornalisti invece, ho ipotizzato un spiegazione ancora più bizzarra ma non meno drammatica della precedente, questa parola va di moda quest’anno e quindi va ripetuta in continuazione senza dare tante spiegazioni.
Chi ne trae beneficio dal suo aumento?
Chi concorre con spregiudicatezza alla sua ascesa e ne ritarda l’inversione?
Nessuno e a nessun livello vuole dare risposte a queste lecite domande poste dall’uomo qualunque, l’operaio, la massaia, l’impiegato medio, il piccolo risparmiatore, il pensionato il piccolo imprenditore insomma la parte più debole della società , quella che paga le tasse e le paga tutte. E’ come se si volesse eludere la verità per evitare di metterci in condizioni di ritirare tutti i nostri risparmi, chi ancora li ha, dalle banche. Perché questi riacquisterebbero immediatamente il vero valore impedendo a chi gioca con il nostro sangue, il risparmio, di variare il valore intrinseco del denaro a proprio piacimento per gli interessi di coloro che di pagare le tasse non hanno nessuna intenzione.
Siamo arrivati proprio a livelli di dittatura così ben celata che siamo indotti a pensare che la rappresentazione teatrale della Politica e delle elezioni, ancora consentite, siano una piena espressione Democratica.

This cover story was about the work of the brazilian photographer Bárbara Wagner, from Pernambuco. She portraited a whole serie of pictures from this weird guys from Brasilia Teimosa, a borough in Recife.
"In Bárbara's photographs of the urban beach of BrasÃlia Teimosa, loud colours, stark shapes and lashings of light depict supposedly flawed standards of beauty, revealing a sense of joy in a world that requires enormous strenght of character."
